PABA (Para-Aminobenzoic Acid) is found in food such as grains, eggs, milk and meat.
It is a precursor of folic acid and may be used by our gut microbiota to produce folic acid.*

Suggested usage
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with food.

Other Ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silicon Dioxide.
Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients.
Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

PABA should not be taken when using sulfonamide (sulfa) drugs or in known PABA allergy.
