Suggested Usage
Take 3 capsules 1 to 2 times daily with at least 8 oz. of water 30 – 45 minutes before meal.
Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
Other Ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Silicon Dioxide, Microcrystalline Cellulose and Stearic Acid (vegetable source).
