Glutathione is a very powerful intracellular antioxidant that is naturally produced by the body.

Liposomal Glutathione uses a phospholipid delivery system to keep the glutathione from being broken down by stomach acid and allowing it to be absorbed into the bloodstream.

Recommended Usage
The recommended dosage of Liposomal Glutathione is 1-2 250 mg capsules per day.
While taking a higher dosage is unlikely to be dangerous, 250-500 mg is plenty to get sufficient levels.
